Safety

Safety is an integral part of our operations. Our Safety Program includes all aspects of safety awareness from general policies, operating practices and procedures, to job-specific training, accident prevention, project planning and hazard analysis. Our commitment to a safe and productive project requires the understanding, focus, and participation by every project team member. We maintain a safety and health program that meets or exceeds OSHA standards. At SAC we believe that Safety must be looked at as a focused effort which is integrated into every part of our operations and activities. SAC’s objective is a proactive program that will reduce safetyrelated losses to an absolute minimum. SAC’s goal and focus is to manage prevention efforts instead of accidents.

SAC has put in place policies and procedures designed to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and customers. Our goal on every job is Zero Incidents, and to ensure that all work is completed safely, with appropriate tools, equipment, and methods that meet or exceed the requirements of OSHA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM385-1-1).

Quality Control

At SAC, we continuously improve our processes, our procedures, and our approach to doing business so that we can consistently provide quality products and systems to our customers. We use our CQC program to achieve the highest standards, we customize our Quality Control Plans to meet or exceed the quality goals set by our customers for each project. Our CQC program is integrated with our client’s requirements so that we are able to create a seamless process for maintaining quality; resulting in little to no re-work, and quality performance that is second to none. SAC, through CQM training provides CQCM qualified and certified superintendents and/or project managers as required for each project.

Key Personnel

Angela Wilson – President holds a State Certified General Contractors License and a Mold Remediation Contractor License. She has over 15 years experience and direct knowledge of field work in all trades. Mrs. Wilson has performed on several designbuild projects and has a proven track record for outstanding performance with contract compliance, project requirements, completion timelines, construction scheduling.

Cody Findley – Vice President BD/PM has over 20 years experience in government contracting. Mr. Findley has managed over $80M in single award contracts and over $90M in IDIQ contracts. These contracts have been for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Agriculture, NASA, and Georgia Air National Guard. The types of work range from general construction, design-build, design bid-build, renovation, modular construction, demolition, service & maintenance contracts; and specialty trade work including roofing, electrical, solar, fire suppression, asphalt paving, concrete, HVAC, site-civil, road construction, and bridge work. This work covers most major sectors of the market including Industrial, Warehousing, Administration, Healthcare, High Security/Classified Areas, Airfield and Water Treatment. Mr. Findley is responsible for SAC’s 8(a) and Small Business federal contracting programs.
